On Sunday 11th at 8pm in the Centenario Park Amphitheatre, musicians Maza, Lew, Miodownick and Noé invite you to enjoy a musical show in which jazz and candombe will merge in an exceptional way. Free admission until the venue is full.

The quartet gives us the opportunity to experience a genuine and vibrant fusion of two unique genres. As the musicians explore the meeting points between jazz and candombe, we will be able to enjoy moments of deep connection and unparalleled musical expression. This concert will be an experience that will touch the hearts of both music lovers and sound explorers. The repertoire includes Afro-Rioplatense music with touches of Brazilian music, funk and jazz, achieving a very intense rhythmic power and a very interesting group interaction of candombe jazz fusion.

Candombe, rooted in Afro-Uruguayan tradition, brings vibrant rhythms and energetic drums that infuse each composition with an exciting pulse.

On the other hand, jazz brings its characteristic improvisation and ability to fuse influences from the entire musical spectrum.
